The hotel was well-located, being only a short walk away from the ferry terminal to get to Portsmouth. there was plenty of off-street parking available which was really convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful, offering great advice on places to visit in the local area. Another great advantage was being able to relax in a peaceful and quiet environment after a whole day of sightseeing in the bustling city.
The shower hose did leak quite badly which made it difficult to use. there was quite a lot of noise during the night from other guests who were staying at the hotel.

The hotel provides free parking and Wi-Fi, which is a great plus for any business traveler. Its proximity to the city center and public transportation makes it a convenient location for those who want to explore the area. Another feature that I appreciated is the comfortable bed, which helped me get a good night's sleep.
The overall quality of the hotel needs improvement. the room was not properly cleaned and the furniture was stained.
